How do I add a new Customer directly through Scout?

Upon log in, you will see the Responses screen. 

  1. Click on the Menu

2. Click on Customers

3. Click on the Plus sign in the lower right hand corner

4. Select Residential or Commercial, then continue to fill out required fields.

5. Press the Save button in the upper right hand corner
