On a Device, how do I Schedule a future Visit when working a current Visit for a customer?

Note: You most be set to the role of Administrator for this function to work.

You would click the Schedule button.

Then press the Plus button at the bottom of the screen

Tap the Schedule Date

Scroll up until you find the appropriate date in the future

Once you find the Date, finally press the Add button in the lower right-hand corner
