How can I take a payment for a Service Agreement, and how can I apply it to the customer?

As of today, there isn't a specific way to take payments for these Service Agreements.

We recommend creating a Line Item for this. Your technicians can add this to their Proposals and modify the price as needed, as well as any additional description for the agreement. This will appear on the accepted invoice and you will be able to take payment.
