Attaching a Maintenance Visit to a job is easy!
When creating a job for a customer, you will see a new section in the "Jobs" area of Call Taking called Agreements.
Checking the box for this will enable 2 dropdown menus. Here you will choose which agreement applies, and which Maintenance visit. When saving this, that Maintenance visit will be 'used' for this job.
On the Dispatch Board, you will see the visit. If you left click and go to 'Visit Details' you will see the Maintenance Plan and which Visit you selected here.
