We recently released an update to Pointman that allows you to automatically send either an email or text to your customer to give them an update where the technician is.
To enable this, you first need to contact our Support team to activate this feature. When that is done, you can then set up your customer information, shown below:
Simply check the box to either receive email or text notifications (or both) for those customers who request this, and when scheduling a visit you need to check the below box:
Once this is done, customers will receive either an email or text letting them know the technician is on their way.
