As a Dispatcher, how do I add Notes for a Technician?

Whenever you are setting up a new job or Editing a job, you can click on the Notes button along the top header.

Next click the big plus button in the upper right hand corner.

Next you are brought to the Job Note screen. 

Select a Type* of Instructions.

Now you can type your notes into the Note* space.

Finally, press the Save button.

Once you press the X in the upper right hand corner to close out, you will then see the added note.

You will also notice one of two symbols.  The Eye with the slash through it means that the note is internal only and will not appear anywhere where the customer can see.  A normal Eye will display anywhere on the Invoice where Notes are specified to display.
