With our newest release, you are now able to modify the Quickbooks Identifier that is normally automatically assigned to a customer.
If you'd like to change this on the Pointman side, you can . You will see the 'Quickbooks Identifier" option is now able to be modified when looking in the Contact information screen. Enter what you'd like and tap SAVE at the bottom.
In Quickbooks Desktop, find your customer. Click the 'Edit' button on the top right of their information. From here, you can edit the Customer Name field, which will appear as the Quickbooks Identifier in Pointman:
