As an Office Employee, can I change passwords for my Technicians?

Yes!  As an "Administrator" or "Dispatcher", you are able to change the Technicians passwords.

From the left-hand navigation, click the "Settings" button and then click the "Employees" button.
Then click the "Change Password" button.


Choose the password you would like to assign to your Technician and then press the Save button.
