A Lead Source is what brought your Customer to your Company. This could be a website, billboard, TV or radio ad, or even word-of-mouth.
Our goal is to have you be able to include this data in reporting so you can maximize your efficiency and growth! We'll have more information here soon about what exactly you're going to use this information for in Pointman.
For now you can capture the Lead Source of a contact and begin building your data base of where your customers are hearing about you.
When Adding a contact you'll see Lead Source as an empty field.
Its a dropdown menu, so you'll have to have sources entered ahead of time to chose from. You can do this from the Settings screen under Jobs, or if you are an Admin you can add a new lead source on the fly.
