We try to make it easy to contact our team whenever you need help! There are a few ways to get in touch with us and someone from our team will usually get back to you within a few minutes. Our support is available from 7:30am-7:30pm EST Monday-Friday, someone is usually available for replies in off hours within a short period if you require an immediate response.
To contact support you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or you can open a live chat whenever you are inside the App. When on the website dashboard just hit the (?) icon in the upper right corner.
This will open a live chat with our team members. Typically team members will respond to your message within a few minutes. A copy of the conversation will also be sent to your email, both with article suggestions that might help you while you wait, and so you can keep record of our response.
When you are inside the App on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device there is also the (?) icon in the top menu bar. This is a static bar, so no matter where you are inside the app you can see the help button.
This will function the same in that it will open a live conversation with our team, so if your techs are having issues they can contact our team directly for help.
We highly recommend contacting our team through one of these above methods, Emailing a staff member directly or calling and leaving a message on our 800 number will delay the response time as not all members are active on support all the time. Using our preferred contact methods will ensure that whoever is available to respond can do so immediately upon submitting your request!
