How do I postpone a job?

  1. Open the Jobs side-menu and find this specific job. Click the 'Details' tab at the top. There will be a "Postpone" checkbox here. You need to make sure that the Visit is already 'completed'.

2.If you would like to schedule a new followup job, go back to your dispatch board.  On the top-right you will see a new dropdown. You can filter by call-type. Select 'Postponed'.

This will only show jobs that are currently Postponed

From here, click the 'down' arrow and are now able to schedule your next visit for them.
