When you create a contact and add the first property, it will default as the properties billing address. If you were to create a second property for that contact you will see one is starred as a Billing address.
In order to change which address appears as the billing address for a company. Head into the new property address that you'd like to make the Billing Address. Tap the 'Billing Address' checkbox at the top and then SAVE.
