How can I create a visit for a job?

If you have already created a job but haven't scheduled any visits for it, you can find simply create one!

You can either head to the Jobs tab of Pointman on the left, or filter your dispatch board to only show 'Unscheduled' jobs:

Tap the blue down arrow and click 'Schedule New Visit'. This will open the Visit screen:

Here, you are able to choose a schedule date/time to start, how long that visit is slated to be, and who the employee is that will be performing that visit.

Once this is done, the job will appear on the dispatch board under that technician.
