How to add a Callback

The call back feature allows the ability to add a Call Back Visit to finalized jobs.

Example: A customer calls to tell you that the issue isn’t resolved. The callback feature allows you to get another tech out to them without the need for a whole new job.  

 

To add a callback:

  • Locate the job that needs a call back.
  • Go to the “Visits” tab, and add a new visit. 

Note: The callback check box will be checked by default.

 

Once the callback visit is scheduled, the job automatically becomes un-finalized.
