Can I tell if a payment was swiped or keyed in?

Yes you can! If you need to know if a payment was swiped or keyed in you can call SWRemote Support at 1-800-566-6940 and we can look up that information for you. In order to find this out we will need the date of the transaction and the amount charged.

This is information that is unfortunately not available in PayFlow itself, but we are able to pull this down from our PayFlow transaction logs.
