How do I change the job type for an active job?

You can setup a new Visit or edit the current Visit. Then do a single (left) click the job and choose "Edit".

A.) Then you will need to click the big box on the left hand side that shows the Customer info.

B.) From here you will see several tabs across the top.  Click the "Details" Tab.

C.) Then under the "Job Type", click the dropdown and select the new Job Type you'd like to assign for this visit.

Finally, press the Save button and then the X in the Upper Right-hand corner.
