A technician closed out of his job and filled out his parts used, but no requisition was created in SuccessWare21.
What caused this?
One of two things can cause this issue:
1. The technician most likely did not log into a truck. In order for requisitions to be created automatically, the technician must be logged into a truck. To resolve this, have them log out and select their truck from the dropdown menu.
2. The technician is logged into a truck but the truck is setup with a blank Vehicle Number. SWRemote submits the Requisition via Vehicle Number, so if this is blank it will not be sent. You can find instructions here on how to resolve this issue inside of the Inventory Manager.
