What is the Call Priority?
The call priority is displayed as the large colored and numbered circle to the right of the call information.
What does the Call Priority mean?
The call priority is listed as 1-5 and each number has it's own color. These don't actually mean anything. Your company assigns meaning to them.
How do I change the Call Priority?
When setting up a job from the device in SWRemote, the call progress can't be changed and it will always default to the bright green 5.
In SuccessWare21 you can change the call priority under the Priority Level dropdown on the right hand corner, when adding a job:
Your company can assign a meaning to each number/color. This will dictate how your company internally treats each status between the Office and Techs.
