'Invalid Lead Gen By Code: "XXX" [] (cdm12)'

This occurs when the Office updates the Lead Gen Codes inside of SuccessWare21 and the Device has not seen the Updates.  2 Things must be done:

First an Update needs to be run inside of the SWRemote Admin site.
How to update the Pricebook on the SWRemote Admin site

Second, a Force Resync needs to be run on the Devices.
How to run a force resync on a device
