How do I dispatch to my job?

  1. After logging into the SWRemote application, you will be taken to the My Jobs screen.
  2. Click on the first job listed by taping anywhere on the screen over the name/address or job information
  3. You will be taken to Step 1 - Dispatch
  4. When you are ready Press the Forward Arrow
  5. As long as there are no errors, your dispatch time card punch will be sent to SuccessWare21 and you will be taken to Step 2 - En Route and you can continue to Step 3 - Onsite when you arrive onsite.
