Reason why error occurs
This error will occur when a technician attempts submitting a credit card payment and there is something configured incorrectly between SuccessWare21 and Xcharge.
Steps to fix the issue
Have the Technician continue to try and send the Invoice through, as there may be a temporary delay in service from Xcharge.
If this error persists please contact SuccessWare21 support for assistance on this error message. Their technicians will need to resolve this on the server.
Note: In order for the technician to move forward to the next call, the current call would need to be force closed. Doing so will not submit the payment. The credit card will need to be manually entered and run within SuccessWare21 the office.
