This entirely depends on what you set as your Account Name during the WePay setup process. We recommend making your Account Name the same name as your company name (i.e. "John Doe's Services").
If you need to change the name that appears on your customer's bank statements, you can do so by going to you Settings, selecting Payment Processing under Generaland clicking the Edit Account button.
