Why do I only see "Email" as a share option for the invoice on my mobile device?

If you are using a Mobile Device you'll see there are less option for sharing your invoices. 

On the Desktop version you will see Email, Download, Preview and Print. 


If you are using our Mobile App on a tablet or phone, your options are limited to Email and Share. 

If you are using Pointman from a browser on a mobile device you will see the only option available is Email. This is not an error. At this time this is the only function available to users on the mobile device using a browser.


Our Development team is still working on a better way to share these invoices when users are on a mobile device. Feel free to contact our support team if this is a concern for you and we can update you on the project status.
