My Dynamic IP is not updating on the manage.swremote.com site

  • Log in to SuccessWare21
  • Click on the 21 icon
  • Click on Setup
  • Click on Utilities
  • Double click Administrative Tools
  • Double click Http Service Administrator
  • Click the Services button
  • Right click on SuccessWare21 Http Heartbeat service and select Start
  • Right click on SuccessWare21 Http Heartbeat service and select Properties
  • Change the start up type to Automatic
  • Log back into manage.swremote.com and check if the IP address has been updated after five or six minutes.

Since we do not have a Dynamic IP address internally, this has been hard to test to confirm that the heartbeat will update in 3rd party systems.
