How does SWRemote update inventory in SuccessWare21?

SWRemote has the ability to automatically create requisition documents for any parts that the technician uses while on a job.  To set this up, take the following steps:


  1. The warehouses in SuccessWare21 need to be set to vehicles in order for the trucks to show up at the log in screen (use this article to set up a truck)
  2. Have the technician choose the appropriate truck name from the Truck dropdown at the SWRemote log in screen
  3. When the technician adds equipment or parts to either the invoice or parts used screen, this will create a requisition update document that is automatically sent over to the Inventory Manager in SuccessWare21
