Employee name not showing in dropdown to add job.

A Technician reports that when doing a Customer Search and adding a job from their Device, that the name of the technician doesn't show up in the Employee drop down. 

This happens when a new employee (technician) is added into SuccessWare21 and that information hasn't been sent to the devices yet.  You can manually push over the data by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to with your credentials.
  2. Click on Master Accounts.
  3. Click the Update button.
  4. After the Update button turns green, letting you know the update was successful, let the Tech know to go into the settings of SWRemote and press Force Resync.
