What does the "PayFlowPro not Setup" message mean?

Why does this occur?

This message informs you that you have not setup Payflow pro.  

If you use a 3rd Party App to process Credit Cards, you will need to press "OK" each time.

 

What is Payflow?

Payflow is a Gateway that allows your Techs to process credit cards live in the field.  It is setup by SWRemote with assistance from your Processor.

The Techs can still capture Credit Card information, as long as your Processor is Xcharge.  The Techs just needs to press the “OK" button and then the Office will need to process the card in SuccessWare21 after the fact.
