Invoice number XXXXXX has been voided and can not be updated

Why does this happen?

This invoice was manually voided in SuccessWare21 and is no longer valid.

How can I fix this?

The office staff must create a new invoice within SuccessWare21. The assignments will then need to be reloaded to download the new invoice data - click here for instructions on reloading assignment data.
