Unable to finalize job, all visits must be marked complete.

This article will go over the error: Unable to finalize job, all accepted visits must be marked complete, when using Pointman in the office.


This particular error occurs when an invoice is attempted to be finalized without all visits being marked as complete. 

To resolve this issue, go to the Visits tab. On this screen, make sure all open visits are completed, and then marked as such, by opening each of the visits, selecting Completed (or Cancelled, if that is the case) in the Status dropdown box, and then clicking Save:


Once that has been done for each open visit, the invoice should now be able to be finalized.
